I had a lovely stay at Charme 64 Hotel Boutique, but there were a few little hiccups. The atmosphere was familiar and welcoming, making it feel like a hidden gem in Cartagena. However, I did encounter a mix-up with my room during the first night, but the staff quickly resolved it for the rest of my stay.
